Srihardono Pundong Village, Bantul, Yogyakarta is one of the areas where many buildings are found flat to the ground, so it is important to carry out effective reconstruction management. to restore affected areas. The problems faced are limited community participation and limited knowledge and skills regarding disasters and their management. The methodology used in this research is qualitative through interviews, sampling and ending with data analysis. The approach applied is community participation-based reconstruction management where local communities are actively involved in the process of planning, implementing and supervising the reconstruction of houses and infrastructure.
