The drying process is one of the important stages in processing coffee beans from harvesting to becoming coffee beans that can be consumed. However, traditional drying using sunlight that is used by farmers generally requires a lot of energy and is very dependent on the climate, so the possibility of crop failure is quite large. This research aims to provide innovation in designing Solar Dryer Dome technology using Artificial Intelligence (AI) which can condition temperature, humidity and can carry out remote monitoring of plant growth and harvesting. The research stage will begin by designing a prototype Solar Dryer Dome with an Artificial Intelligent-based Green House Effect (GHE) and testing its efficiency for various crops, including coffee. Furthermore, this research will also present technology management for business process purposes to assist policy makers in analyzing and making decisions regarding the development and implementation of a business plan strategy for Solar Dryer Dome technology products using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results show that the use of data-based AI can encourage the growth and sustainable development of the coffee industry and the presence of BMC analysis makes it easier for coffee farmers/producers and companies to run business models. © 2024 IEEE.
