The study aims to assess and identify the most important software quality dimensions of the Massive Open Online Courses platform, with reference to ISO 25010 and the additional dimensions of integration and support. Methodology used is to prepare an assessment tool based on 10 dimensions of software quality. The seven experts provided an assessment on the basis of a Likert scale of 1 to 5, which was then converted into a Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN). In addition, a fuzzy process analysis (FAHP) using Extent Analysis method has been used to calculate the weight of the different dimensions for priority. The study results show that the most important factors in supporting the effectiveness of MOOCs are integration (0.1121), support (0.1103), performance (0.1092), usability (0.1088) and reliability (0.1037). Meanwhile, the Security dimension received the lowest weight (0.0575), which suggests a lack of urgency in this context. These findings provide a solid basis for developers and educational institutions to develop development and evaluation strategies for online learning systems. © 2025 IEEE.
